STEP ONE
Reframe your negative thoughts...
  • Are there assumptions you have about yourself or others that other people you love say aren't true?
  • “Why do you think that?”
  • “What evidence do you have?”
  • “Could there be another explanation?” 
  • "Can a failure be approached as learning?"
STEP TWO
Ask yourself​
  • “Do I have patterns of negative thoughts?”
  • “What automatic thoughts do I have without thinking?
  • What can I do different?​

Take ACTION and...

  • Role-play different scenarios with a friend trying out new ways of thinking and responding

  • Remember that change is a process, not an event
  • Our thoughts are our fiercest critics or our most powerful allies.
  • By learning to challenge our thoughts effectively, we’re not just changing our thinking – we’re transforming our entire perspective on life.
  • It’s about taking control of your internal narrative, becoming the author of your own story rather than a passive reader.
